Dr. Debra Larkin
Member: College of Veterinarians of Ontario
Dr. Larkin graduated from the University of Guelph in 1994, with honours.
She came to us after 5 "wonderful" years of practicing veterinary medicine in the Muskoka/Parry Sound area.
Dr. Larkin was honoured with a Veterinary Appreciation award in 1998 given by Hills and Pet Magazine when nominated by an anonymous client.
She considers a close, trusting relationship between doctor, patient and client to be one of the most important factors of her occupation.
“Since I started my career in a rural area, I still consider myself to be a ‘country doctor’ and I strive to bring that small town atmosphere into my daily interactions with clients. I pride myself on taking the time to get to know people, really listen to their concerns and work together to provide the best care for their pet.”
Dr. Larkin is dedicated to providing the highest standards of veterinary medicine.
“I am driven to improve my skills through continuing education and stay current with new developments in medicine. Learning is a lifelong commitment for me – there is always more to know.”
Dr. Larkin is married with two beautiful daughters.
