Why 24/7 Supervision is So Unique…

We are fortunate that we always have someone on site who is there to look after your pet, give medicine, take test samples, walk the dogs, clean the bedding - after everyone else has gone home.  You might expect this from every Animal Hospital or Veterinary Clinic in Ontario, but this is not common standard. In fact most Veterinary Facilities are equipped to keep animals over night but don’t have any staff on site after hours. Make sure you ask. We have overnight care, because we would not accept any lesser care for our own pets.

If our caregivers need help with one of the pets in our hospital or boarding area, our doctors are on call for them - 24 hours a day.  We are not an after hour emergency hospital. Please understand that emergencies that happen after our regular hours to animals outside our clinic will be referred to the closest emergency clinic.
